TREX COMPOSITE
If you are looking to use the space around your house and covert it into something amazing then TREX decking is the right choice for you. It is one of the most popular deck building materials among deck building experts as it perfectly matches with drainage system from the same brand Trex® RainEscape® as well as Trex® OutdoorLighting™. In combination, Trex deck material and both systems complement each other. Trex decks last an average of 25 years. Other composite materials dont come close to the stain and fade resistance that Trex’s new generation of boards guarantee.

WHY TREX COMPOSITE IS SO POPULAR?
Composite decking materials has come a long way since TREX company invented the whole new category of deck product nearly 30 years ago and since that time, they have advanced in the deck industry and made the breakthrough in it’s composite technology by creating high-quality, weather-resistant shell. It is a durable and high-performance decking material that can withstand even the most inclement weather conditions. TREX decking is an investment worth making as there is almost no maintenance required for Trex decking boards. It is resistant to mold, mildew, scratching, fading, and more. TREX material combines gorgeous on-trend colours with heat-mitigating technology, perfect combination to create one hell of a deck!
WHY CHOOSE TREX COMPOSITE OVER TRADITIONAL WOOD?
○ Composite decking material requires more of an initial investment compared to lumber, but even that it seem significanty more, the value and time spend maintaining it worthwhile due to its longetivity
○ Wooden deck needs to be well looked, sanded and stained while Trex composite can be simply washed once a year to maintain it’s glorious look
○ With wooden deck you need to worry about termites as they will feast on your wood if given the opportunity.
CONCLUSION – All this work quickly adds up, but none of it is necessary with TREX decking!
TREX DECKING CARE & MAINTENANCE
TREX decking material required far lower maintenance that a traditional wooden deck but it does require some maintenance to keep it looking as good throughout the years, its much like detailing your car.
1. A pressure washer no greater than 3100 PSI can be used to remove the dirt, leaves, dust or sand. Any pressure washer higher than 3100 PSI can damage the boards and void the warranty!
2. Spray the deck with multi-purpose soap, and then continue with gentle scrubbingof each deck board with a soft bristle brush.
3. Rinse throughly so no soap marks left on the decking surface.
